About Me

Amira Tart is a strategic, detail-oriented leader with over two decades of experience in program management, recruitment, and stakeholder engagement across diverse populations.

For more than a decade, Amira has worked in the financial services sector, leading initiatives spanning program management, volunteer recruitment and training, communications, career development, and strategic planning. She has built and strengthened programs that expand access, deepen engagement, and deliver measurable results.

Earlier in her career, Amira served in higher education as an academic counselor, advising and supporting students pursuing prestigious national scholarships and competitions and guiding them through complex application and selection processes.

A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Amira holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts in Public Communication from American University.
